You can take one-to-one Pilates matwork classes with me both at my home studio in the heart of Levenshulme, and online on Zoom.

Work towards your fitness and wellbeing goals with detailed instruction and personal feedback, and exercises tailored to your individual needs.

1:1 classes are perfect if you want focused guidance toward your specific fitness goals – from optimising your sports performance, to helping you improve your posture and feel more comfortable day-to-day, or rebuilding your strength after an inury.

They can also be a good option if you feel nervous or self-conscious about joining a group class, and would like my gentle, non-judgemental 1:1 support in mastering Pilates movements.

Rachael really listens to what you would like to get from your sessions, and then tailors the classes so they are fun and just the right level of challenge for you.

I have seen so much progress. I always leave the sessions feeling energised and powerful!

When? My regular teaching hours are currently Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-5:30pm, and Saturday mornings 10am-1pm.

Where? I teach in-person 1:1 sessions in my dedicated attic studio space, an oasis of calm a few minutes walk from Levenshulme station.

What to bring? I will provide all mats, cushions, and small equipment needed for your session. You will just need to come in suitable soft & comfy clothing.

How much? Lessons cost £50 for one hour, or £175 for a block of four weekly sessions booked in advance
